11. What kind of data does the application send to PsyDESK's server?

The data you enter and the data that PALP creates for you are safe and are stored...

in your computer and not somewhere in the Internet, as it happens in the case of cloud computing. So your files are not exposed to cyber- attacks. Because they are sensitive data, they are 'locked' with your system and therefore cannot be read by other users’ own PALP application. Just make sure you keep in a safe place the number of the license and your package activation code, as without them you cannot access your data.

Also, the application requires a continuous connection to the Internet to ensure the authenticity of the software. The data sent to the server essentially concern the application's operating data for statistical purposes (eg. any application errors) in order for PsyDESK to improve the services it provides to you, for your own benefit. in any case, these are not related to your own business data or personal data of your patients, which are available and accessible only to you.
